Sign up for a weekend or evening mosaic workshop – even more fun with friends! Or learn to make your own tiles in a class taught by one of our artists, all materials included. Santa Theresa also offers workspace, materials, and firings to experienced tile artists – just ask our staff for details. Don’t see a workshop that fits in your schedule? Stop by any time our showroom is open to make a mosaic!

Any mosaic bench, table, metal frame, or wood frame can be completed in our showroom anytime we are open! No workshop and no appointment necessary! A member of our staff is always available to guide you through the mosaic making process. You choose your frame, compose your mosaic, and pick your grout color. We set and grout your mosaic and you pick it up a few days later completed. All ages welcome and no experience necessary!

Our studio is open to hosting your group team building event, whether that is with family, employees, or friends we can make your event possible. Our studio can be reserved for your group evenings and weekends and you are welcome to bring food and beverages! No experience necessary, all ages are welcome. February 25th (5:00 - 7:00), February 28th (5:00 - 8:00), and March 4th (5:00 - 7:00)
During this three evening workshop, our artists will teach you hand building, glazes, and detailing to create your own Santa Theresa 3D flowers. Each evening we will cover a different step in the process. Your flowers will be ready for pick up the following week. All materials included and no art experience required. Tuition: $250

Our Intensive Tile Making 1 class is a week long class where you will learn how to make your very own tile from clay to finished tile. This course is designed to help students develop the skills needed to create mosaic masterpieces using tiles they make themselves. Our artists will cover the clay body, cutting, glazing, kiln firing, and detailing that goes into Santa Theresa tiles.
All materials, instruction, and firings are included. Each student receives a basic set of tools. No art experience is necessary. Tuition $800.

This evening class will be an abbreviated version of our Intensive Tile Making Class perfect for those who can't take a week off for our regular class. We will still cover everything you need to know to make your own tile and join our Hive open studio time. We will cover the cutting, glazing, and detailing behind Santa Theresa’s iconic tiles.
Tuition: $525 includes a set of tools, firings, and materials.
Cancellation Policy For Tile Making Courses: An invoice will be sent when you register for the class and your spot will be reserved when we receive payment. A full refund will be given up to 4 weeks before the class. If you withdraw after the 4 week deadline you will receive a 100% studio credit good for classes or retail purchases.
All metal frames and tables will be ready to take home on the day of the workshop. Wood frames and benches must be picked up at a later date.
